Project Manager

We work with homeowners during a flood or fire to expertly inventory, move, clean and store their possessions while their home is put back to normal.

As a Project Manager, you will work with our flood and fire restoration partners, homeowners and their insurance companies to create and execute project plans for the work to be done in their home.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Meet with homeowners to assess their flood/fire damage and impact on their personal items
  • Gain agreement to perform their contents work
  • Create the plan for inventorying, packing, cleaning, storing and returning their possessions
  • Prepare for pack-out: estimate total inventory to be packed, cleaned and/or moved; create and print inventory tags; create materials list; anticipate items in need of special attention (pianos, fish tanks, grandfather clocks)
  • Execute photo inventory and packing of items
  • Coordinate moving partners for transportation of goods to warehouse
  • Coordinate cleaning of damaged items
  • Prepare for pack-back once items are ready to be returned
  • Work with estimating and collections team to Bill/Collect on jobs, keeping track of materials, labor and subcontractors for each job
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with homeowners

Your most important job is creating peace of mind for our homeowners while getting their lives back to normal fast, all while maintaining an efficient and effective business operation.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great with people, prior customer service experience
  • Meticulously organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner who takes direction
  • Comfortable with mobile phone technology: taking pictures, sending texts, entering updates into project management system
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Clean driving record (no DUI)
  • Available to work occasional nights and weekends
  • Recent college grads are a great fit

Compensation and benefits

$18-$25/hr plus performance bonuses. Starting compensation flexible based on experience
