Packout Services
We keep your items safe and return them to your home when it is returned back to normal. We carefully and rigorously assess, inventory, pack and store each of your belongings, making sure nothing is missed. Specifically, we:
- Assess each item for damage and any restoration required
- Record each item into our rigorous contents inventory system
- Wrap and pack each item with protective wraps, pads and insulation to ensure safety
- Store each item in our air-conditioned facility
- Provide you with an inventory copy for your review before we leave your home
- Restore all damaged items, including cleaning, deodorization, and sanitation
- Guide you through the claims process
Content Cleaning Services
The content cleaning process will generally take place off-site at our warehouse where they will be fully restored. Once the home or building has completed the restoration process, they will be returned to your home and put back in place.
At Premier, our products and equipment are specifically designed to restore precious belongings. Whether the service involves removing smoke and soot residue or drying out water-damaged items, you can expect the full restoration of your items in a timely manner.
